He was born in 1974 in the city of Denizli, and finished his high school studies at Antalya High School in 1991. He then continued his university studies at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration, and graduated in 1995. He then obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Exeter in 2010.

Himmet Karadağ started his career in 1998, and has served as a Board Member of the Capital Markets Board since 2012 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors on 01.04.2016. In 2016 and 2018, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Istanbul Stock Exchange and the Central Register Authority. On 19.01.2017, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Wealth Fund, where he served as General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 09.07.2017 to 09.12.2018.

Himmet Karadag has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Halkbank (People's Bank) since 13.08.2018.

On January 1, 2023, he joined Oragon Company to manage real estate portfolios and investment project capital portfolios as a founding partner.

Abdullah Al-Hammad began his academic journey in Turkey at the Faculty of Medicine at Hacettepe University, and after two years he decided to drop out of studying medicine to enter the world of commerce.

Abdullah Al-Hammad founded many companies in several investment sectors, keeping in mind the integration and vitality of the Turkish market.

He personally follows up on the work in managing these companies that have achieved added value to many sectors in the Turkish market, such as health, medical tourism, real estate consulting, investment, etc., and have also been able to create a well-known name and good reputation for themselves in the Turkish market.

Abdullah Al-Hammad is pursuing postgraduate studies in the Department of Islamic Finance Management at Sabahattin Zaim University, and is fluent in Arabic, Turkish, and English.

Since 2022, Al-Hammad has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Oragon Company for Real Estate Portfolio Management and Investment Project Capital Portfolios.

He graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul University and then completed postgraduate studies in the same department.

He began his professional career in 1965 by working as an assistant inspector at Ish Bank (Labor Bank), then moved to work in the movable funds department at the same bank. After continuing to work as an inspector for 9 years, he established the first capital market and securities department in the banking sector in Turkey and continued to manage this department for 11 years.

In 1985, he was assigned to establish the Istanbul Stock Exchange and then served as its president for 5 years.

On 10/3/2002, he was elected as a representative of the Justice and Development Party in the Turkish Parliament. He was a member of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and Chairman of the Union of Turkish Chambers and Exchanges (TOBB).

He has been working since 2022 as a member of the board of directors of Oragon Company for managing real estate portfolios and investment project capital portfolios.
